A WORD ABOUT OUR FRENCH ITALIAN BREAD...
Anyone that loves good bread needs to taste this loaf! It is made using a “biga,” an Italian starter/sponge that rests and ferments at room temperature for 15 hours before being mixed into the final dough. This dough rests for two hours, is shaped into a loaf, rests another hour, and is finally baked. The resulting loaf has a great crust and a beautiful, interior crumb with holes! Dining out?
